Once you are signed up, you are ready to create your profile. Showcase your company and set your personal preferences.
Post your job requirement to describe what you need help with, the profile of your ideal consultant and other details. It is a good idea to set expectations around your timeframe and budget to help consultants tailor their applications to your needs.
Initiate a private hire or wait for applications, read reviews from former clients and choose who you want to interview and hire. Connect with freelancers directly.
Once you are ready to hire, key terms (day rate, start and end dates, deliverables, approach and so on) will all be agreed on the WiseCrowd platform. When the contract is digitally signed you can start working with the freelancer.
We encourage you to be clear on deliverables and communicate with the freelance consultant regularly throughout your job to ensure your expectations are met. The WiseCrowd team is here to help should you have any questions or concerns.
